Mana began her creative journey with clay, and her enduring interest in technique building led her to her love of metal’s many possibilities. She highlights the importance of challenging yourself while trying new approaches and techniques, believing in working every day and never giving up “the satisfaction of working with your hands.”

Currently, Mana has been working with a series of commemorative medals honoring women throughout history and is currently up to 110 pieces. Mana’s goal is to create works that are aesthetically pleasing and conceptually interesting, finding the most satisfaction in sharing her ideas and works with others.
